Refund & Cancellation Policy

Building and previewing your website on kritify is free, with no time limit. You only pay when you choose the Live site plan to put your site on the internet. Please make sure kritify suits you before you subscribe.

All payments are final. We do not refund subscription fees, in full or in part — including for a billing period you have only partly used, or for time the site was not used — except where a refund is required by law.

Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include GST. The amount shown before you pay is the amount you are charged.

You can cancel at any time from My plan in your account. Cancelling stops all future payments. Nothing more will be charged after you cancel.

• Your site stays live until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• After that, your account moves to the free plan and your site goes offline. Your work stays saved, and you can put the site live again by subscribing.
• Cancelling does not refund the current period.

A payment error is not a refund. If you were charged twice for the same period, or money left your bank account for a payment that failed, write to hello@kritify.one with your payment details. Once confirmed, we return the extra amount to the original payment method (UPI, card or bank account), usually within 5–7 working days. Money debited for a failed UPI or card payment is often reversed automatically by your bank.

If a renewal payment fails, we retry and email you. If it is still unpaid after 14 days, your site may go offline until the payment is made. Your work is not deleted for non-payment.

kritify is an online service. There are no physical goods to ship. Your Live site plan starts as soon as your payment is confirmed, usually within a minute.
